Note : These are the standard size of candles. If you want different dia candle that
also we can offer, cost will be extra.

A. WAX MELTING MACHINE : The Wax Melting Machine consist of Vessel for melting raw Wax, Heater and Stirrer. Main Shell is SS. 304 Jacket in Mild Steel duly fitted with Heaters and Stirrer. Stirrer coupled to 5 HP Motor and Gear Box. There will be one oil immersed Electric Heater of thermostatic control. Power of the Heater will be 5 KW.

B. COOLING TOWER : is required for cooling recycled Water which is used for cooling candle machine cavities.

C. INLET OUTLET PUMPS (One each) : These pumps are required only inlet of water at candle machine and outlet from candle machine.

HIGHLIGHT OF WAX CANDLE MACHINE:

1. Heavy duty structural steel base frame and plates in high thickness for fitting of candle cavities.
2. Main body is arranged with a water reservoir for water circulation to keep cavities cool during
    operation with inlets/outlets.
3. Polished brass pipe, both ends threaded are fitted in between two plates duly tightened with nuts
    with proper sealing arrangements to avoid water leakage during operation.
4. Collapsible seasoned Wooden Catcher is fitted on the top of the machine to arrest candles coming
    out from the cavities.
5. Nails of long size are fitted in a wooden plunk placed in the foot of the machine for putting thread
    reels. End of thread can be pulled up with the help of a fine wire to drag the end of thread to the
    extent of wooden catcher.
6. Movement of machine is up and downward manually or by electrical motor coupled with a spur gear.
7. Motorized machine will have DOL starter with reverse/forward switches and with a limit switch.
